I would like to set up a Direct Debit, what do I do and how long does this take?

To set up a Direct Debit please contact us on help@propertypal.com and we will provide you with a link.  When you receive the link, please click on it and complete the short form.  This will set up your Direct Debit.

How long does the process take?

The process usually takes33 days to be fully completed.

What if I have bills outstanding how do I pay them?

You can either pay the outstanding bills by another payment method until the Direct Debit is active or if you advise us we can collect any outstanding amounts by Direct Debit once it is set up. It is entirely your choice.
